Adelaide rally in solidarity with Palestine

7 April marks 6 months since the start of this genocide

Stand with the Palestinians!

Hear Nasser Mashni, President of the Australia Palestine Advocacy Network and Sarah Hanson-Young, Australian GreenS Senator for South Australia

We demand:

  • an immediate and permanent ceasefire

  • that unfettered humanitarian aid immediately is allowed into Gaza

  • that our government imposes sanctions on Israel

  • that our government recalls the Australian ambassador to Israel and expels the Israeli Ambassador to Australia

  • that Australia establishes an arms embargo on Israel and all defense materiel produced in Australia is banned from being sent to Israel

  • an end to the occupation and apartheid

Rally again at the steps of South Australia’s Parliament House in solidarity with one another and with the People of Palestine!


Special guest speaker, Nasser Mashni, President of the Australia Palestine Advocacy Network, of which AFOPA is a member.

Nasser is the son of a Palestinian refugee. He is a co-founder of Australians For Palestine and a founding board member of Olive Kids. With his father’s legacy in mind, Nasser is determined to continue the struggle for justice and a free Palestine.

Special guest speaker, Sarah Hanson-Young, Australian Greens Senator for South Australia

Greens Senator Sarah Hanson-Young is a passionate environmentalist, community campaigner, feminist, and human rights activist. The Australian Greens have consistently stood for justice for Palestine.
